For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind:

The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge; for a larger candle, this may take several hours. Wax has "memory," so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future.
Trim your wick each time you light the candle, removing any "bloom" from the previous burn. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4-1/2" in length.
Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface.
Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool.
To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use.

Returns

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed, or altered. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All gift cards are non-returnable or refundable.

Any orders placed between 1st October – 31st December 2024 can benefit from extended returns until 31st January 2025.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for clothing, accessories and shoes. Homewares, furniture and beauty items are excluded. An exchange request will need to be submitted and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving the order. Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed. Returns not received within 30 days will be charged to your original method of payment. Exchanges of products bought online cannot be processed in our stores.
